SoJen.AI Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how SoJen.AI ("SoJen.AI," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on sojen.ai and the api.sojen.ai customer portal, what they do, and how you can control them.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They allow a site to recognize your device, remember preferences or actions over time, and — in the case of analytics cookies — understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Similar technologies (such as local storage used by embedded third-party widgets) are covered by this policy alongside traditional cookies.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These are set by WordPress, the platform sojen.ai runs on, to support core site functionality (such as remembering a submitted comment's author details, or maintaining basic session state while browsing). They do not track you across other websites and cannot be disabled without affecting basic site functionality.

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use sojen.ai in aggregate — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) that identify your browser as a unique visitor across a session and between visits. This data is used to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

Third-Party Embed Cookies

Some pages (including Contact and Enterprise) embed a Calendly scheduling widget so visitors can book a conversation directly. Calendly may set its own cookies to support scheduling functionality and its own analytics. These cookies are controlled by Calendly, not SoJen.AI — see Calendly's cookie policy for details.

Contact Forms

Our contact forms are built with Contact Form 7. The form itself does not set tracking cookies. If spam-protection features (such as Google reCAPTCHA) are enabled on a form, that feature may set its own cookies, governed by Google's own cookie and privacy policies.

3. The SoJen.AI API Portal

The api.sojen.ai customer portal authenticates customers using API keys, not cookies. No session or authentication cookies are set when you use the portal or the API.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • View what cookies are stored and delete them individually or entirely
  • Block third-party cookies while allowing first-party cookies
  • Block all cookies from being set (note: this may affect site functionality, including the Calendly scheduling widget)

You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies and similar technologies changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
